Shane McCain’s career reflects resilience, adaptability, and disciplined leadership. A former standout pitcher at Troy University and Texas Rangers organization, he earned multiple accolades including Sun Belt Conference Pitcher of the Year and All-Star honors at both the A-ball and Double-A levels before transitioning out of professional baseball.

He entered real estate through new construction sales with a Fortune 500 builder while actively investing in fix-and-flip projects. In 2021, Shane founded BluEdge Professional Real Estate, building the company from the ground up into a respected brokerage focused on land acquisition and development. Today, he serves as an exclusive broker and consultant to Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, while also leading, training, and mentoring agents and investors. Illustrated Properties appointed Shane their Director of Commercial Real Estate in 2026.
